The newest version of MemInfo is 09.10.00. It includes new capabilities for emailing newsletters and double sided printing. It is fully compatible with Windows 7. Before you can use it you must obtain an upgrade code by emailing Support. Click here for installation instructions.

If you have a newsletter flag, before you run the update file be sure that the field for the paper newsletter is called newsletter, and the field for the email newsletter is called email news. To change the field name, click: File | Setup | Tables | Custom Fields   Select the email newsletter field and type email news. If the field for the paper newsletter is not newsletter, change it also. Click Done.

When changing auction files, be sure to close all of the windows first.

Be sure to backup your data before making the change.

Note: If an entry crosses over a column or page boundary, the entire entry is kept together, but its photo is left behind.  So, the user will need to look at the bottom of each column on each page to see if there's a photo sitting there, and then manually move it to the top of the next column.
